Britannia Reserve Cherry Moonshine and Chocolate Martini
An Irish Coffee is the perfect, decadent way to finish a meal and we have put our own spin on it. We have used our Britannia Reserve Caramel Moonshine for this recipe, but any of our 5 flavours will work beautifully.

Method
1. Add the ice and all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake.
2. Strain into a chilled maritin glass.
3. Garnish with a chunk of chocolate flake crumbled and sprinkled on top, or use shavings of chocolate. Add a cherry (optional).
